To Move Madison Forward,
Make Home Ownership a Reality Now

In 2020, 28% of homeowners and nearly 20% of renters with annual incomes of $50,000 to $75,000 spent more than 30 percent of their income on rent.2

It’s time to make homeownership possible for Madisonians. For years, housing availability in Madison hasn’t kept up with our population. Skyrocketing housing costs push many of us out of our community. We need more affordable housing options so that Madisonians of all incomes can afford to live here.
